It just so happens that Chinese New Year fell on the week when I was trying to figure out what to shoot for week #3.
"Fiery Dragon" - Photography A Week #3
I had been walking past this one particular Chinese New Year decoration for a few days and one night, I saw how it looked when lit a certain way. It looked almost as if it were on fire.
This was photographed with the Tamron 17-50 with extension tubes. Shot hand held.
I had another shot, which I liked, but it didn’t have the dimensionality that this closeup shot had, so I chose this one. Post processing was accomplished in Adobe Lightroom.
